Happy Sunday to you!
I’ve spent the morning putting together our menu for the week – a week with Tina’s arrival as the exclamation point on the end of it – and thought I’d share it with you. Maybe you can get some inspiration from some of these oldies but goodies I’ve pulled from our archives for suppers this week…
Sunday – Chicken Bog! One of my favorites, and it will provide leftover lunches for the week.
Monday – Marinated Dijon Chicken over salad. Another favorite, and one of the best marinades I’ve ever found.
Tuesday – Balsamic Turkey Meatballs with roasted green beans and salad. Such a great recipe that both Tina and I posted it on the blog. Oops.
Wednesday – Weeknight Bolognese. Makes a ton, which makes it ideal to make to have in the fridge for leftovers.
